1. Introduction

The fuel stability improver eliminates the free radicals, terminate the chain reaction of free radical chain, that is to remove the reactivity of oxygen or oxygen-containing substances, to restrain the role of oxidation or glial generation and Can also inhibit the polymerization reaction caused by the peroxide formed in the air due to the fuel exposure, so keep the product having good properties of oxidation resistance and anti-adhesive. Can effectively control the oil becoming darker and generating glial precipitation, so improve the storage stability of gasoline and increase the induction period significantly. It can be stored for long time under the natural condition.

3 The Usage of DBDA Fuel Stability Improvers

(1). Use before the color Change

( 2). Should do previous test before using the improvers, the dosage is according to the test result, screen out the best proportion of add itives for volume using

the recommended dosage for motor fuel is 0.1‰-1.0‰,or use after d iluting with toluene, xylene, gasoline, diesel fuel etc. according to the results

(3). Suitable temperature:-20°C-40°C

(4). The adding amount must be measured accurately by the metering pump .then mixture thoroughly by the static mixer.

4. Performance of DBDA Fuel Stability Improver

( 1).Improving the oxidation stability of vehicular gasoline, diesel and other blending fuel oil, enhance diesel quality; (2).Controlling and delaying the oil oxidation and the formation of the gelatine sediment, to extend the induction period; (3). Preventing the vehicle engine filters and fuel injectors contaminated, and reduce fuel consumption;

(4). Improving fuel combustion performance and protecting the environment.
